The prey/predator of your minions are the same players as your
prey/predator.

Bonding has a bleed modifier, so may only modify a bleed action.

This is fine, since he's meeting the condition of the card; nothing
says the X can't be 0.

No. Future printings of this card will be reworded to clear this up.

Any time a vampire finds itself with more blood than its capacity, it
bleeds off the excess. So it would go back to 3.
