Situation: a Meth has the edge and a Sabbat Threat Counter.
I know that the Meth can give up the edge at to get rid of the
Sabbat Threat counter. What are the timing constraints on this?
Can you give it up at *any* time?
After a bleed has been declared against you?
Before you declare your intention to block?
The period of gray time when you know the bleed is successful but
before you tell the bleeder that it will be (ie, I block. Ok, +1 stealth.
Alright, +1 intercept. +1 stealth. Damn, no more intercept. I give
up the edge to get rid of the counter. Ok, you bled me.)

As there are no restrictions on doing so either on the card or
in the rule book, you can give it up at any time, I'd say. We
allow it, at least.

Yes you can give it up at any time and in the example given, you can
forfeit the edge to get rid of the sabbat counter.

Any time. All of the above are legal.
