Rob,
Its the beginning of my turn. I control The Reverend Adams and Khobar
Towers. Can I use Khobar's effect to gain pool, selecting Adams?
Khobar Towers, Al-Khubar: Master, Follower of Set, 2 pool, Master unique
location
Tap during your untap phase to remove a ready minion you control from the
game and gain X pool, where X is the capacity of that vampire or the -
{blood or pool}- cost of that ally.
Storyline rule
10. If Reverend Adams would leave the ready region, he becomes uncontrolled
(and out of play) and is returned to the center of the table **instead**.
All cards and blood on Reverend Adams remain.
** emphasis mine. Its unclear to me if the Khobar Towers _requires_ that
the target minion be removed from game, or if the _attempt_ to do so is
sufficient.
Thanks

Its only as good as the cost of Adams, which this being a special thing
and starting in play, probably has no cost.
But I could be wrong.
Does anyone know for sure if he has a cost to put into play.

I don't play settites, really!
