[Q] Gisela's special and Daemonic Possession

Relevant Card Texts: Gisela Harden, The Winnower (7) aus dem FOR NEC Harbinger of Skulls Sabbat Priscus: Gisela can burn a vampire in your prey's uncontrolled region as a (D) action that costs X blood, where X is the amount of blood on that vampire; any blood on that vampire is returned to your prey's pool. Daemonic Possession Action, Necromancy, 2 Blood [nec] Only usable when a minion controlled by another Methuselah has been burned since your last turn. Move that minion from his owner's ash heap to your ready region, put 1 blood or life from the blood bank on the minion and tap the minion. You now control the minion. [NEC] As above, but the minion is untapped. Some quick questions: 1) Can Daemonic Possession be used to recruit vamps burned by Gisela's special ability? 2) How does the NRA rule apply to Gisela's special ability--can she use it more than once per turn? (I supposed I am confused since the new NRA rule still prohibits special ability defined actions with the exception of Blanche Hill who can hunt more than once a turn.) No, she cannot do her special more than once per turn. Her special is an action granted by a card in play, so is prohibited by the rules, section 6.1.6 on page 25 of the Camarilla Edition rulebook. She can only use her ability once per turn, by text, but even without the "once per turn" restriction, she could only UNTAP once per turn. So she can hunt, untap, and then hunt again, but not untap again....
