Actually, a cosmetic change would have involved changing only the artwork. As it stands, both Raven and Camille can be in play without being contested.

Note that you can't have both in your tournament deck's crypt, since
the card backs will be different. (Even though WotC mollified the
Jyhad players by saying that card back differences wouldn't have any
impact on gameplay :-/)

Wait a minute, haven't WOTC and the DC been saying all along that card
backs are irrelevent and both varieties can be used in the same deck?
Sure, it's dumb, and, yes, it was stupid of them to change the name in
the first place, but it is legal. BTW, one of my friends suggested the
only good way I've heard of for solving the card backs problem: plastic
sleeves with one opaque side, so that the card back would be hidden.
What does everybody else think of this?

Whether we're *expecting* to be sued or not isn't the point. The point is
that we could be sued, so we have to correct the mistake. We can't very well
go around insist that people not trample over our copyrights and such without
respecting others'.
