Husamettin Question

Just got to thinking about everyone's favorite Assamite, Husamettin. ;) "If Husamettin burns a vampire with a contract on him or her, you may go through your library, get a Master Discipline card, and place it on him. Shuffle your library afterward." If Husamettin burns a vampire with a Contract, triggering his special, what can you do if you have a Quietus Master card in your deck? Basically, I'm asking if the "...place it on him" is any different from the "Cannot be played..." restriction of all the Master skill cards. What if you have no masters in your deck? Can you search and shuffle anyway? What if you've been using a Waste Management Operation or Blackhorse Tanner all game?
