Ok... Renewed vigor says (among others): restore an ally or retainer to his or hers starting life (with counters from the bloodbank) If I play this card on an ally with more life than her starting value (say, Succubus), does the succubus lose surplus life, or does the word "restore" by definition forbid removing blood? Also, is it legal to play this card on an ally with it's starting amount of life?
