This happened today during a game: Meth A(1 pool) -> B(2 pool) -> C(2 pool) Meth B has 2 minions in torpor and no ready minions. Meth B plays Dragonbound and will be ousted by it immediately. My question is: is it legal for Meth B to play the Dragonbound, given that it ousts him? Does this play violate PTW? Thanks in advance. Dragonbound [Gehenna:R, LotN:PA, HttB:PSal] Cardtype: Event Gehenna. Do not replace as long as this card is in play. During each Methuselah's discard phase, he or she burns X pool, where X is the number of vampires in torpor he or she controls.

Does this play violate PTW? How many VPs does each Meth have? What minions are in-play? What are the cards in each player's hand? ... Does this play violate PTW? Assuming it reasonably leads to him getting no more VPs (and no GW), it is legal only if he has no other course of action or inaction that would reasonably lead to him getting more VPs.
