I could not find an answer to this, but I'm not the google guru, so I'll ask
again!\
Minion A and B are in combat
minion B has 2 blood.
Is A steals 2 blood, can B still play a Superior chiropteran marauder and
Rotschrek?
I'm thinking no, but I've been wrong before

Well, I'm not a rules guru by any means, but I think it's:
Neither strike resolves, since combat ends via rotschreck. Minion B
can burn 1 to pay for superior chiropteran, since thats required for
striking with agg (and incidentally could even WITHOUT rotscheck,
since you choose strike, pay, then resolve - so B would still aggpoke,
and A could only steal 1) playing rotty means that A never gets to
steal anything, and enjoys naptime.

Correct.
