Yes to both. Praxis and Crusade (and other title-bestowing effects) care
only about the sect of the target, not about the target's clan (or lack
thereof).

He goes to torpor if he takes (and doesn't prevent) damage that he doesn't
heal (and aggravated damage is damage that cannot be healed).
Stealing blood has no bearing.

Yes. You can bleed your prey as an action, whoever that happens to be
at the time.

You are dead the moment you have zero pool (unless someone saves you
with a Life Boon or somesuch). You won't live long enough to play the
