Hello everyone. I'm a (relatively) new player of VTES. My Name is Luca Ortolano and I'm from Pordenone - Italy. (Yes, I know Stefano, the Prince of Pordenone :-) I suppose you nkow him...) I have two simple questions about rules to submit, I hope someone can help me.. 1. I play a "Fame" on a vampire (controlled by my prey). After few turns I'm ousted. Is the "Fame" discarded? 2. I have a vampire equipped with "Sengir Dagger". During a combat, I play an "Immortal Grapple". Can I strike with the Sengir Dagger? Is it considered an hand strike or not? Thank you to everyone. Luca Ortolano.

All cards you control are burned when you're ousted, and master cards are controlled by the player who played them (even if they're played on another player's cards). > 2. No. Weapon strikes are not hand strikes. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. [1.3] and [1.6.2]. You control the Fame, as master cards are by default controlled by the Methuselah playing them. Cards you control are burned when you are ousted. >2. "Hand strike: any non-ranged, non-weapon strike that deals damage based on the striking minion's strength, or any minion's non-ranged damage-dealing innate strike." >Thank you to everyone. No problem. Always glad to see new players. By the way, all the stuff I cited can be found in the Online Rulebook or Rulings, Errata, and Clarification pages linked from http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes. It's a good place to look any time you have a rules question. gomi -- Blood, guts, guns, cuts Knives, lives, wives, nuns, sluts
