Question (Smiling Jack)

My question concerns the controller of Jack. Besides having to put a pool on Jack is he also included in "Each Methuselah during his or her untap phase burns 1 pool or burns 1 blood from a vampire he or she controls for each blood on Jack." thanks in advance FC

Needless to say, after a few fruitless efforts of all players, they cease to attack those cards and concentrate on their prey. I'm trying to put a deck like yours together except with AUS/CEL Toreadors with guns and many wakes. FC

Then his next minion hit torpor, and he thought "well, he won't be able to do that again". Then his third minion hit torpor. His fourth minion bled his prey. (which is good because i'd run out of wakes).
