The action to burn the treatment does not specify whether it is a directed action or an undirected one. Since players are not supposed to figure this out based on who the action is directed at: Is the action directed or undirected? (It looks directed to me, but it doesn't have the (D) symbol, so I can't be sure :-> -- L.
