Too many Questions [LSJ] ?? - Again??

Greetings ; i dont know if this same post is sent cause Windows is so of... but here are the Questions: 1) Rake is blocked for Arika , Arika play InTernal Recursion & Rake pla IG. Can Arika use the Combat end of IR?? 2) Can a Vamp play in a same combat inferior & superior level of lapse to gain both effects?? 3) Can rewind time be played to avoid that a minion burn Army of rats??
