What constitutes a vampire that this vampire "can diablerize"? Specifically: If the vampire with Undying Thirst is required to take a mandatory non-hunt action (i.e. Lunatic Eruption), is he exempt from the Undying Thirst since he is not able to take a diablerie action? Similarly, if the vampire is in torpor, can he take from-torpor actions (leave torpor, rapid healing, etc) if there are other vampires in torpor who would otherwise be valid targets for diablerie?

"Otherwise" if he were not in torpor, you mean? Of course. You cannot diablerize from torpor. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
