- Frenzy - The last sentence of Frenzy reads "This round has a press, only usable to continue combat.". Who has control of this press? The controller of the target, the controller of the Master Card, or either/both? - Free Sates Rant - Free States Rant has the following general rules modification "In this referendum, titles are worth 1 less vote each (even in the prisci sub-referendum)". Does this mean that the prisci sub-referendum is essentially null unless an Oration/Gaze is used, or that the sub-referendum is only worth 2 votes in the main referendum? Morgan Vening

The >controller of the target, the controller of the Master Card, or >either/both? Seems like Frenzy provides an environmental press, much like Trap. So it's not like anyone really has "control" over it. >- Free Sates Rant - Free States Rant has the following general rules >modification "In this referendum, titles are worth 1 less vote each >(even in the prisci sub-referendum)". Does this mean that the prisci >sub-referendum is essentially null unless an Oration/Gaze is used, or >that the sub-referendum is only worth 2 votes in the main referendum? This means that Prisci titles are worth one less vote (thus 0), not that the Prisci sub-referendum is affected (the Prisci block is still worth 3 votes). Note that only cards that explicitly mention the Prisci sub-ref can affect it, so BO/Dread Gaze don't give you Prisci votes. When FSR is played, this effectively means that the Prisci block is null *unless* Gratiano happens to be in play. Halcyan 2
