[LSJ] Cards in hand

Which of the following statements are true? The cards that are in my hand are secret, but I may at any time tell the other players what cards i have in hand (even if i lie). The cards that are in my hand are secret, but I may hint what I have (if I'm beeing bled by my grand-predator and have deflection, i may sey "it's possible the bleed wont end up targeting me"). The cards that are in my hand are secret, I may in no way tell or hint what cards I got.
