Hello I've just a question considering Kalinda. Are the 2 blood part of the bleeding action and therefore have only to be paid if the action is successful or are the 2 blood needed to somehow "activate" her special ability. Furthermore this is a burn blood effect and as a vampire she can only burn blood until she reaches zero, so what if she has only 1 blood (or even 0 due to modifiers ) left when the action resolves ? Thanks Sir Walter Nash Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

Her updated card text (see the web site) should clear this up: <Independent>. As a (D) action [that costs 2 blood], Kalinda can bleed with +1 bleed at +1 stealth. Kalinda cannot commit diablerie. The two blood was ruled to be a cost by [RTR 23-JUN-1998] She cannot attempt the action if she cannot pay the cost (as is the csae for any minion attempting any action). And, if she doesn't have enough blood to pay the cost when the action resolves (due to modifiers), then the action "fizzles". -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
