Changes in the rulebook. Is there a summary?

Hi folks, Is there some place where I can find a summary of the changes made in the rulebook, from LoB to Third? Due to distribution problems most brazilians (like me) couldn't yet buy precon decks, so we have to use the online version. Tks! []s Marlo
