question about Harry Reese

If Harry is using hand strikes then yes, he effectively has 2 strength against Garous, but his special also applies to non-strength strikes (similar to Reverend Blackwood's ability). Thus he Body Flares for 3R aggravated vs. Garous for instance. Halcyan 2
