Can I play a Transfusion after combat then immediatedly restart
another combat with Psyche?
Could I do the same at the end of that second combat?
Could I do the same at the end of the third combat and burn them to
take control of them?

IANLSJ, but;
Yes, if you only play it at superior once each turn, as per cardtext.
And you werent blocked with the out/in ferior versions.

No. Action Modifiers are played after Psyche!'s window.

Why would you say 'Yes'? You can only put a transfusion counter on a minion
when it is played at superior.
Additionally, Transfusion at nec or thn is not relevant in combat. So to
answer Norm's specific question, it should be 'No' because Transfusion at
THN is limited to once per turn not once per combat.

Because he wasnt asking about counters, merely playing the card.
However I didnt take into account the cardtype being an action
modifier either, so this is all moot.

I did say that, in regards to the THN effect.
I had this nagging feeling that my cold fuddled head shouldnt allow me
to attempt rules questions today, but I couldnt resist the siren call
of the send button.
