"Become Anarch" vs. "Anarch Counter" in the uncontrolled region

When a vampire is Banished or otherwise enters the uncontrolled region, his cards and counters are out of play. This means, for example, that if the vampire became an anarch by way of the Seattle Committee ("put an anarch counter on"), he would not be an anarch while uncontrolled. What about a vampire who becomes anarch via, for example, Twilight Camp ("make that vampire anarch") and gets banished? Is that uncontrolled vampire an anarch, or his original sect?

[ quoted text not captured ] > Both are anarch. Does the same go for the Go Anarch card and Galaric's Legacy*? That's definitely a card on a minion supplying an effect. There's a real reason that I asked the question: I am designing a deck wherein some Laibon vampires may become anarchs by way of Anarch Converts, but they may somehow get banished and the deck may contain Mbare Market. And so if the vampires got banished, I would want to know if they were Laibon or Anarchs while uncontrolled, and to possibly explore alternative go-anarch mechanics if there were a way to exploit both things. * Given that all 3 cards have been reprinted for the Storyline, I wonder if they've been reworded to reflect the new templating, abandoning the "anarch counter" for the "become an anarch" wording. I guess we'll find out soon!

That would make it so that Go Anarch and Galaric's Legacy (which are attached to the vampire) wouldn't function. Cards that use counters (Anarch Secession, Seattle Committee) are a bit unclear. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/browse_frm/thread/778d559258660c7d/474808043d3ca22a?lnk=gst&q=author%3Alsj+discipline+master+uncontrolled#474808043d3ca22a

REVERSAL: The Seattle Committee counter doesn't work on the Banished vampire (neither would any of the other anarch counters). And also, Go Anarch and other cards would similarly not work in the uncontrolled region.
