I hope this gets to the right place and the right people.
Is there a "mailing list" for rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad or one for Vampire
the Eternal Struggle and all it's expansions and stand alone card sets? If so,
how would I go about getting onto it?

Yes. The VTES-L mailing list and VTES-STRATEGY-L list are such lists
on the Wizards server. Contact them by sending a message to
list...@wizards.com.
