We have a guy who is playing this weenee toreador vote deck. He claims that he can play Scorn of Adonis after people have casted votes to make them lose blood from their pool. But on the cards, it reads: "casting". I am not speaking english perfectly, but this seems to be present continuous. I would interpret it that if you play SOA before everybody casting votes, they will lose blood but you cant wait after they did it to make them lose it. This matter have made his deck too much powerful: nobody wants to take the chance to cast votes against his deck. Please tell me i am right... Patrick Drapeau

The latest ruling on this card is that it can be played before or after votes are cast, resulting in pool loss for any Methuselah whose votes were cast or or are cast against the referendum. "Casting" can also be as a continuous state: "Wearing Black" "Breathing Normally" "Voting Against" - that is, as an adjective modifier instead of an action. -- L.
