(LSJ) Roetschreck and Monster

Vampire A is taking an action and is blocked by Vampire B. Vampire B has a Monster card on him. A strikes hands, B strikes aggravated hands and plays Roetschreck, A doesnt play psyche or similiar. A goes to torpor. Can B use his Monster to untap or is the going to torpor part from Roetschreck after combat? -- Johannes Walch

[ quoted text not captured ] The latter. Monster only works when "combat involving this vampire ends and the opposing minion is not ready". When Rötschreck ends combat, both vampires are still ready.
