FYI: The tournament at 12:00 Saturday (Event# 660031) is a DCI sanctioned tournament, and all DCI floor rules will be in force. The sealed-deck tournament at 10:00 Friday (Event# 660102) is a limited event using Rochester Draft rules, and is not sanctioned. That's all the information that I have at this time.
