We had a disagreement over use of ammo cards on the zip gun card last game session. One side said it can't be used since there is no equipment symbol on the zip gun, while the other side said "the card says "Weapon, Gun" so the ammo card works on it." Who is correct? A netrep response on this one would be nice since the arguement was rather heated and a definitave answer would settle it completely. Thanks for any help.

So they're under the impression that you can use ammo cards on a Zip Gun. (Where on the ammo card does it say it must be used on equipment cards only? I thought it said "Gun" not "Equipment".)

[ quoted text not captured ] I'm not a netrep; but I'll post and let the netrep clarify if necessary. The Zip Gun is a gun and can use ammo. It acts as a piece of equipment in all ways (including use of the Arms Dealer or Al's Army Apparatus, use of Vast Wealth, and trading weapons among minions) except that a minion does not take an "Equip" action to obtain it. papillo the wholehearted

[ quoted text not captured ] I happen to like dragonbreath rounds in my zip gun, and nobody ever complained about it *grin* ******************************************************* * * * Johan Meijdam * * Van der Waalsweg 105 * * NL-2628 WT DELFT * * The Netherlands * * * * jo...@pa.twi.tudelft.nl * * * *******************************************************

Correct, except that it might just be that it doesn't apply to equip actions at all. That is, you probably can't use an equip action to move it from one minion to another. I'll ask about that.
