Here's an excellent serpentis card that makes a reappearance. But a question about it. You can not play the same action modifier more than once during the same action. But you can stack combat cards. Can you play FoS for the stealth, and then use another one for a Maneuver during a resulting combat?

[ quoted text not captured ] I would say yes, as you are using 1 as an action modifier (use the same card only once), and the second as a combat card (and so can stack) I may be wrong, but it would seem silly to stop someone using a different ability in a different situation. Certainly, a vampire who could benefit in two ways from one discipline skill would choose to use that to his advantage, no matter how the two ways could be related. The combat card is not an action modifier. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. The combat card is not an action modifier. Almost related question that I'm sure has been answered before... Is a minion with superior presence allowed to use Enchant Kindred to bleed, then Enchant Kindred to add to uncontrolled in the same turn, or does that violate the NRA rule? - Jason Bell

From http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/veknRules.html: 6.4.1. No Repeat Actions A given minion may not repeat an action, by action type, in a single turn (whether the first action was successful or not). The defined "action types" are the ones defined in the rulebook: bleed, hunt, equip, employ retainer, recruit ally, political action, leave torpor, rescue a vampire from torpor, and diablerize a vampire in torpor. If an action card is used to perform one of these actions, that action is considered to be of that type. If it is not one of those actions (such as Bum's Rush), then it is a type of its own, by card name. If a card in play is used to perform one of these actions, that action is considered to be of that type. If it is not one of these actions (such as "enter combat via Haven Uncovered"), then it is a type of its own, by specific instance of the card in play. Using Enchant Kindred at inferior, untapping, and attempting to use it again at superior falls afoul of the second paragraph. EKSuperior is an action of its own by card name, invalidating any subsequent use of EK, inferior or superior, since either action has the same card name. gomi -- Yes, I believe but I'd rather not pray What I believe in I'd rather not say, baby
