Cats Guidance (Hey Scalpel/LSJ)

Bah have to come to the rulemongers for guidance yet again:) Ok heres the scoop... When using cats guidance at the minor, (to untap) when do you play this card??? 1/ after the block is resolved, and before you enter the determine range phase. 2/ or after the entire block is resolved (after strike resolution) and the combat is over. the other part of this ?? is can you use multiple untaps via cats Guidance on an action using form of Mist??? (is it considered the same action for the purposes of duplicate copies of the same reaction card??) Thanks, Karl

After the block is accepted (the acting minion declines to add stealth and declines to play other block-avoiders (Horrific Countenance, etc)). But Before Combat is entered.
