Hi,
a question came up during the pre-release about the new SoC card Taunt
the Caged Beast:
After using the ANI effect, which of the two minions now in combat
gets the opportunity to choose effects first in that combat?
I ruled that this should go clockwise from the acting minion's
controller, since there is neither an acting minion, nor a blocker or
target of a (D) action in that combat, which would be the first two
steps in ordering sequence of play.
Was I correct?
