My playgroup have some trouble understanding this card:
Blessing of Chaos
1 blood
Dementation
Action
This is a +1 stealth action.
Put this card on the acting vampire. If the vampire with this card
attempts to block another vampire, that vampire cannot play action
modifiers requiring Dementation, Dominate, Presence, or Chimerstry.
Vampires opposing this vampire in combat cannot play cards that require
those Disciplines.
*As above, and actions requiring those Disciplines cannot be directed at
this vampire.
Artist: Artist: Hannibal King
Rarity: Rare
Assuming the Blessed vampire blocks a vampire with obfuscate and
dominate, can the acting vampire stealth past the Blessed vampire
and then play a bleed enhancer like Threats? Or is he prohibited from
doing so since the Blessed vampire tried to block him?
Same question for the other affected disciplines of course. I assume
the basic question is:
When is an attempt to block considered to end? When the blocking
vampire can't match the stealth of the acting vampire? Or when
the action resolves?

He can play the stealth card, but cannot play threats since the
Blessed vampire met the requirements on Blessing.
The acting minion could have played Threats when the action was
announced (before asking if anyone wanted to block).

Blessing doesn't care when the attempt ends - only that the attempt
was made. Once attempted, the acting vampire cannot play those types
of cards for the remainder of the action.
