ok here we go:
I have a vamp who tries to do something(ie bleed equip etc) someone blocks him and combat ensues. During combat my vamp take aggravated damage( through dawn operation or somethng like that) and goes to torpor, can I use Freak drive(the superior version) to untap him and get himself out of torpor?
Freak Drive:Untap this vamp after completeing a successful action
Sup:untap vamp after completing an action whether blocked or not.
Does this work this way?Help

Yes. The card in no way states the vampire may not be going to torpor,
nor does it place any restriction/requirements on actions taken later.
That reminds me, can I use action modifier cards with Minions who aren't
the acting minion? In short, can Gilbert Duane seduce the Cess Queen to
let Anastasia thru unblocked? For that matter, can my whole side seduce my
Prey's whole side, and bleed for 13 points unblocked?
In a totally seperate question, I read a ruling recently that stated
that two Armys of Rats was just redundant, but didn't Anton get you to
retract that ruling (it really doesn't make any sense). If not, have you
decided that various other cards are redundant in pairs (for equally no
reason).
If I have Anson and a Short Term Investment (no, you haven't heard this
before) can I take two blood off of the same Investment?
Still looking for Rotscheck ruling, might take awhile....
When somebody takes my cards (not for keeps, like w/ Disputed
Territory or Far Mastery), do they need the proper clans or disciplines to
use them, or is that just a casting cost? The line "Allies may employ
human retainers" is silly, why not shorten that to "Allies may employ
retainers", after all, Allies can't have non-human retainers, because they
lack disciplines. You should make some allies w/ disciplines, aren't
Ghouls supposed to have them anyway? Besides, it would be fun to have some
"Way Big Dog" w/ an animal retainer.

Because Freak Drive is an action modifier, you can use it once the vampire
is in torpor (and thus combat has ended), yes. If it was instead an
action usable by a tapped vampire (and not by one in torpor), then
you wouldn't be able to.

Ummm... as I understand it, vampires in torpor cannot take any actions.
(unless otherwise stated by a card).

Action modifiers can only be used by the acting minion unless the
modifier specifically says otherwise (e.g. superior Cloak the Gathering).
Gilbert cannot Seduce something for Anastasia, for example.
While it's possible for your side to Seduce theirs, you'd need to be drawing
a heck of a lot of Seductions. If you have 4 minions and they have 4
minions, you'd need 16 all told to do a total Seduction.

Errata was specifically issued to Army of Rats that multiple Armies put
out by the same player are not cumulative. There was much confusion/lack of
communication on this in the beginning, but this errata appears to be here
to stay. Similar errata was issued for Fame (multiple Fames on the same
vampire are redundant). In generally, effects are cumulative.

Yes.

So am I.

Cards with a clan/discipline requirement only require a vampire of the
appropriate clan, or with the appropriate discipline, to use/put into play.
Once it's in play, it's not required that you have a suitable vampire in play
to use it, or that you use it on a suitable vampire, unless the card
indicates otherwise. For example, Backways specificies that it modifies
the action of a Gangrel, but Zoo Hunting Ground can feed any vampire,
Gangrel or no. If I steal your Renegade Garou, I don't need to have
Gangrel on my side in order to use the Garou.
