7:2: The clan symbol appears in the cost of certain master cards. You can
only play that master card if you have a READY member of that clan.

I think what's confusing Tim is the next sentence:
"A clan symbol may also appear on certain minion cards. If this is the
case, only vampires of that clan may use the cards."
So...
Kindred Intelligence: minion card, can only be used by Nosferatu.
Slum Hunting Ground: master card, need a ready Nos. to bring into play, no
restrictions on use.
Labyrinth: master card, need a Nos. to play, *plus* the text of the card
says it only affects Nos., therefore it is restricted (and a good thing,
too...)
