Is the damage from a zip gun strike applied to the bearer if the oppossing minion choose a S:CE strike. I know the S:CE resolves first and that the Zip Gun strike never resolves. But does the Zip Gun bearer take the damage for _choosing_ the strike or only if the strike resolves. -- ...................................................................... :The opinions expressed here are strictly my own delusional ramblings: :and do not reflect the opinions of The Walt Disney Company. : : : :Robert Goudie robert...@studio.disney.com: :....................................................................: :cigars * v:tes * car rallies * scotch * sega rally champion * spoon : :....................................................................:

The bearer of the Zip Gun only takes damage (from using the Zip Gun) during strike resolution. S:CE cancels strike resolution, so the bearer of the Zip Gun will not take damage. -- L. Robert Goudie <robert...@studio.disney.com> hath spake thusly: >Is the damage from a zip gun strike applied to the bearer if the >oppossing minion choose a S:CE strike. I know the S:CE resolves first >and that the Zip Gun strike never resolves. But does the Zip Gun bearer >take the damage for _choosing_ the strike or only if the strike >resolves. All damage effects are assigned in the resolve strikes phase, can be prevented in the prevent damage phase and are healed with blood after that. Since you never get to the heal damage by burning blood part, the damage never actually effects you. Talking about in other terms may be more confusing. HTH Stu
