Assorted Questions -
1 Disarming Presence:
Normal ability states "all vampires that vote are tapped". Superior
states "Your vampires need not tap to vote" . This implies to me that
tapping is a cost of voting, so if a vampire cannot tap (probably because
it is already tapped) it can't vote. The normal section, however,
indicates tapping is a side effect so a tapped justicar can vote with
cheerful abandon. Which is the story?
2 Pulled Fangs
Usable by a vampire that does more damage. Is it usable during a damage
resolution (i.e. before additional strikes) or only at the end of the
round?
3 The Embrace
The Third Tradition (Progeny) makes a vampire of the clan of the creating
vampire (Design Team Rulings). What about The Embrace?
4) Concealed Weapon
Several posts have pointed out that the Obfuscate requirement appears a
misprint (has no superior version, referes to using minion). Is it?

A ready vampire can vote, tapped or not. Vampires in torpor and
uncontrolled vampires cannot vote. Untapped vampires who vote during
Disarming Presence become tapped, those who are already tapped remain tapped.

Pulled Fangs is useable by any *minion* (not just vamps), but only
against vamps. It's a combat card, and it has its effect after damage
resolution, and only at close range. I learned the hard way by trying it
with my Muddled Vampire Hunter. He had first strike, sure, but he didn't
live long enough to do any dentistry.

I think any vampire which votes simply becomes tapped if it wasn't
already, but I am checking on this.

It would be used during the press step, once it had been firmly established
who had done more damage.

The errata should be applied to both cards (revised 10/6/94 rulings).

I've never gotten an answer on this one.

The effects of interrupt spells are "permanent", meaning they last until
the creature leaves play other than going into an Oubliette or Coffin.
