Questions about stealing blood.

If a vampire is at 0 blood, can I cryptic mission it and burn it? or since it's at 0 blood, you can't steal any blood as it has none?

Cryptic Mission simply burns blood on the target and, as a sperate effect, gives your vamp one blood. If a vamp doesn't have any blood on it to burn, then it burns 0 blood. So, in effect, you can use CM on an empty vampire and still get something out of it. Sorrow --- "...but you know, evil is an exact science..."

You may Cryptic Mission it (you'll even gain one if you do so at superior and are successful).
