Just guessing but most mail in offers usually say 6-8 weeks.
Now shipping international might add a couple of weeks I guess.
Has anybody here actually received a T-shirt from the wrapper offer?

Quite a while.
They signed for my booster wrappers on the 27th of August, and I
haven't heard anything from them, and I only live across town.

Not yet. And if it is 6-8 weeks + unspecified number to get to
Germany... then it´ll take quite awhile yet. :)

It depends on the shipping address, and probably the date the request
