...but I have to ask, before using a twisted consequence of it against my fellow Chicago players... Vampire A controlled by my predator takes an action at +1 stealth. Can I declare an attempt to block with one of my vampires who has no intercept at the time of the declaration? Specifically, can I declare an 'attempt to block' for an action whose stealth I cannot match, as long as the action is one that could be legally blocked if the existing stealth were not an issue? -John Flournoy

Yes. In fact, you have to do this before you can play, say, Enhanced Senses, in the general case. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. [ quoted text not captured ] John, You could for instance put Blessing of Chaos on one of your minions, if you predator is a bloater, he never will again : ) by the same token, you'll never get dominate bled again.

It doesn't completely shut down Dominate bleed however. You can still do actions that require Dominate. And you can still play action modifiers that require Dominate, you just have to remember to do that before asking for block attempts. (Thus you play the Conditioning before asking for blockers). It does hose Bonding stealth however and makes it easier to see how much you'll be bled for. Halcyan 2
