Giotto Verducci Ability: During any other Methuselah's discard phase, you may discard a card from your hand (and draw a new one). Vampires must burn a blood to attempt to block Giotto. Infernal. If i control Giotto Verducci , can i put an event in play at each Methuselah discard phase ?

Once each discard phase, a Methuselah may use a discard phase action to put an event card in play. Each event can only be played once in a game. It is neither a master card nor a minion card and is controlled by the Methuselah who played it. You need a discard phase action (which you only get in your discard phase, and typically only one).
