[LSJ] Madness Network and Meddling of Semsith

Meth A have a Madness Network in play. Meth B is the methuselah chosen by a Meddling of Semsith. The malky's controlled by the meth A can take actions, before OR after meth B draw card to complete his hand ? I would say before, because malky's take actions (with MN) just after the methuselah B finish the actions of his minions, and he have to fulfill his hand at the end of his minion phase.
