Wamukota has an Orun on him, he uses a Fleecing The Gaje to steal a
Soul Gem that Mukhtar Bey had equipped with. Later Wamukota burns and
the Soul Gem sets off, another copy of Wamukota comes up. Will the new
copy stay in play via the previous one's Orun or ... not?

I assume Mukhtar's Soul Gem was played by a Methuselah other than Wamukota's
controller.
The Soul Gem sees Wamukota as an 11-cap (2 greater than his 9 capacity, thanks
to the Orun). So the new 9-cap Wamukota is younger, yes.
