Kindred Coercion [DS] Cardtype: Reaction Cost: X blood Discipline: Dominate Only usable during a <referendum>. This reacting vampire may cancel the votes of X minions. The affected minions cannot be older than the reacting <vampire>. (S) As above, but you may change the votes of the affected minions to votes of your choice. Can a vampire I control use this card on themselves (during an opponents referendum)?
