I was wondering if there is a restriction on when delaying tactics can be played... can it be played after modifiers to the vote have been set (bewitching oration) thus making the acting methuselah take his vote card back in his hand and waste his modifier... or must it be played before votes are cast... please let me know Hugues Bertrand -- Hugues Bertrand Prince of Montreal www.geocities.com/princedemontreal princede...@yahoo.com Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/

I believe so. It could also be played after a bribes, allowing you to vote for something, gain a pool, and then delay it. > > And also can it be use to nullify voter captivation? No. The Voter Cap must be played after the referendum is successful, and therefore done. Cameron (IANLSJ) [ quoted text not captured ]

You wouldn't gain the pool from Bribes until the results are tallied (since you are not the Methuselah who played the Bribes). And you cannot play DT after the referendum, so you'll have to choose - gain a pool or cancel the referendum. > > > > And also can it be use to nullify voter captivation? > > No. The Voter Cap must be played after the referendum is successful, > and therefore done.
