"No" meaning "The fomer", correct.
Tapped Helena cannot rely on her special ability to play Pack Tactics, since
her special doesn't address that card (it doesn't require Auspex).
He special doesn't limit her, though. It just doesn't help with cards
that don't require Auspex.
She could use her special, play Enhanced Senses, draw a Wake to replace the
Enhanced Senses, then play the Wake to enable her to play a Pack Tactics,
though.
