The Embrace and Transfusion LSJ

If a cap 6 vampire with necromancy plays the embrace for 2 blood, then plays 1 additional for transfusion once the action is successful, and then targets the embraced vampire. Would the embraced vampire still need to hunt? I was curious about the text on The Embrace being just reminder text as all empty vampires need to hunt or actually forcing the vampire even if it has blood. Rob
