So when is this acceptable? I know a lot of people that I play with think that this is a bad idea. What do other groups do in this situation? Is it looked down upon in your playgroup? If it is I think I may have come up with a case that this would be at least acceptable. The table: A's deck: stealh bleed B's deck: Combat C's deck: toolbox D's deck: Bruise vote A->B->C->D B has suffiecently beaten his predator (A) and prey's (C) vamps into torpor. A takes this time to defend, and rebuild; he lays off his prey. C has only one minion up, low blood and keeps him there to block. C does not have enough to transfer out another vamp. B then lays off his prey in order to hunt and take actions to better his position on the table. B lays off killing his prey for several turns, hunting and using combats against his prey's vamp to cycle. When B does finally kill his prey he has filled his vamps back up and with the addition of six pool, he can sweep. Now lets say you are C. What if you transfered yourself out after say 2 turns of predator neglect. Cecil

In a V:EKN tournament: When transferring out doesn't decrease the player's GW score (or VP score if the player's GW score is zero) and is not part of a legally-made deal. Otherwise: When the playgroup finds it acceptable. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Should that 'a legally-made' be 'an illegally-made'? Otherwise the 'and is not' doesn't seem to fit. Josh trying to evolve

[ quoted text not captured ] Right. Actually it would be better to replace "and is not" with "or is". At any rate: Transfering out as part of a legally-made deal is acceptable. [ quoted text not captured ]
