What can vampires in torpor do ? Can they vote ? Can they play reaction cards ? Can they receive blood from the palatial estate ? Can they move blood off of themselves with a blood doll ?

Yes (card text doesn't require "Ready" - contrast with Hunting Grounds) > Can they move blood off of themselves with a blood doll ? You can move blood off of them via a Blood Doll, yes, since card text doesn't require "Ready". -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Or play any actions that read "Usable by a vampire in torpor." That's it! =) Diablerie is most fun. >Can they vote ? No. >Can they play reaction cards ? No. Cept for "Reform Body". >Can they receive blood from the palatial estate ? Card text: "This equipment card represents a unique location. The cost for this location is paid by a vampire; put this card on that vampire. The vampire with this location gains 1 blood at the beginning of each of your master phases. (Ignore excess blood.)" Yep! It doesn't specify "ready" vampire. >Can they move blood off of themselves with a blood doll ? Since you, the Methuselah, are doing the "moving", yes. Or you could put one back onto them if you wanted. -- Derek "Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge." - C. Darwin, 1871
