1. can two of my vampires play a political backlash when a vote fails. making 4 blood loss? 2. can two of my ventrues play elder kindred network therefore make him loss 2 blood per vote difference? 3. A malk OoT rushes my sasha vykos he makes agg damage and plays rötschreck i make agg damage and play rötschreck what happens? thanks stefan

The acting minion gets to play effects first, and Rotschreck resolves when played. By the time the Malk's controller plays Rotschreck, it's already too late for you to play your own. If they are both ready and untapped, yes. The acting vampire's controller will lose 2 pool if the vote fails, plus an additional 2 pool for every vote difference if it fails. > 3.
