I have a question about the Jyhad Giant's Blood. The card states:
If this is the first time Giant's Blood is being played in a game, restore
a vampire to full capacity from the blood bank. If this is not the first
time, then Giant's Blood is burned with no effect.
Well the card say "a vampire" with out specifieing whose or where the
vampire is. So one would think any vampire could receive the blood --
even in an uncontrolled region. But does a vampire (face down) with one
or no blood on him become "restored" with blood or just brought under a
Meth. control? I guess what I'm asking is can Giant's Blood be used on an
uncontrolled vampire? If so that means a ten capacity vamp can be brought
in to play with no more cost than a Master Action.
I'm unfamiliar with the V:TES Giant's Blood card. Is that one more
restrictive?
Thanks for any help on this matter.

No card (Jyhad or VtES) can affect uncontrolled vampires without explicitly
stating so. Giant's Blood cannot be played to fill an uncontrolled vampire
to capacity.

Tom mentioned a while back that cards can only be played on uncontrolled
vampires if the card text specifically states that it may be (example:
brainwash).
