When an ally without a listed hand damage (like Thadius Zho) is Immortally Grappled, does it have no strike or a hand strike for 0 or what? If you have PB: Chicago out, and can't stop others from stealing the blood on it, can you just choose to transfer 0 blood from it to your pool each untap? -- Justin Fang (jus...@ugcs.caltech.edu) This space intentionally left blank.

It gets no strike. (It doesn't even have a hand strike of 0). > If you have PB: Chicago out, and can't stop others from stealing the blood > on it, can you just choose to transfer 0 blood from it to your pool each > untap? Yes. Just choosing not to use it would be simpler (It does say "may" on card text). -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@wizards.com) Official VtES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. [ quoted text not captured ] I wish he could. Current RT ruling is that he has no hand strike, so cannot use Lucky Blow (unless he uses it with a Melee Weapon). The melee weapon would be based on zero hand damage. (The difference is that Lucky Blow was still a hand strike, whereas Bastard Sword is just adds on hand damage). -- L. O:) but with chicago you could move 0 blood to it from the bank, if you wanted. or all the blood on it to your pool (which would most likely be 0). i really should respond to posts earlier..... salem....
